• Examples of appropriate questions are a definition of a term, address of a company, help with a citation, or suggestion of a database to use for your research.
• Brief answers may include facts, suggested research strategies, or recommended reference materials.
• The mailbox will be checked twice a day, Monday through Friday, and a response will be posted within 24 hours, if possible. Questions submitted on the weekend will be checked on Monday.

• For more in-depth help, please come into the Library and speak with a reference Librarian.
