List the search terms you used to locate your article.

These are the terms you entered into the advanced search box.

Example:

In this example, the search terms are social media and eating disorders.

If you did more than one search, enter all the terms you used.

If you locate an article in PDF format, the database will not be listed on the printout.

Be sure to write it down as soon as you print the article. 

If you are not sure which database you are in, look at the search box. It will give you the title of the database.
