Welcome to the Nassau Community College research guide on Workplace Bullying and Harassment. Organized by our campus Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee, this guide includes print and eBooks in the library collection, as well as databases containing research articles, videos, and more, on many topics related to DEI. This guide is intended to provide resources for individuals being bullied or harassed, to help departments provide a safer work space, and to help instructors navigate work and classroom issues and foster a safe space for students. Many DEI topics make for great classroom discussion and group projects, and help to give students a sense of agency and participation in the NCC and SUNY commitment to fostering an inclusive, safe, responsive, campus that supports many voices and works diligently to provide a path to success for all students.
