Want to learn more about Open Educational Resources (OER)? Try one of the SUNY OER Community Courses listed below. You will be introduced to the fundamental Principles and effective practices related to Open Education Resources.
Six independent mini-courses allow you to focus on specifically the aspect of OER that most appeals to your interests. Content is designed to serve the needs of faculty, librarians, instructional designers, and others across SUNY who are teaching or supporting OER efforts on their campus.
Most of the mini-courses require 5-10 hours to complete; facilitated sessions run for 2 weeks. work is done at your own pace in that time frame.
The Open Pedagogy Master class takes between 10-15 hours; it's facilitated session runs for 3 weeks. Work is done at your own pace, but two synchronous events are included.
